Since February 2019, the taxation bureau of the Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone has concentrated its efforts on three aspects: policy promotion, tax training and optimization of services.
It has continued to implement its tax and fee reduction policies, further enhanced tax services and optimized the business environment, effectively enhancing taxpayers' sense of gain and satisfaction.
By posting policy documents on bulletin boards and distributing publicity materials, the bureau has ensured the tax and fee reduction policies are known in the zone.
To ensure that tax personnel understand the policies and regulations, the bureau also organized for staff members to participate in provincial training meetings.
It also set up a special consulting service post at the taxation service department. Staff members with high professional qualities and strong coordination abilities serve as tax guides to explain the related policies and business processes, and advise and assist taxpayers.
In addition, the zone also opened a green channel and tax refund channel for tax and fee reductions.
