Recently, the taxation authority of the Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone carried out special actions to help the development of small and micro enterprises by publicizing policies door-to-door, on-site guidance, and field visits.
The 27 high-tech enterprises that have been identified in the economic zone and 26 enterprises with potential R&D activities have been provided with door-to-door guidance. This has allowed the enterprises to benefit more from preferential tax policies for R&D expense deduction.
The taxation authority has guided small and micro enterprises to handle real-name authentication and receipt and issuance of invoices through the electronic taxation bureau.
It has also promoted convenient tax processing methods such as online invoice application to accelerate online tax payment for enterprises.
Some tax personnel at small and micro-sized enterprises have been invited to experience the business acceptance area, policy promotion area, self-service taxation area, and e-tax bureau experience area to learn about tax service measures and put forward suggestions for improvement in various areas, including non-contact tax service methods.
Through on-site visits to small and micro-sized enterprises, the taxation authority has learned about the production environment, production difficulties, and production status of the enterprises to ensure that small and micro-sized enterprises can enjoy tax incentives to the maximum extent.
