During the recent National Day holiday on Oct 1-7, the Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, made efforts to minimize the risk of COVID-19 pandemic.
For key areas, the Shuanglong economic zone has strictly implemented the closed-loop management of nucleic acid testing to realize the efficient operation of the entire process of centralized transportation, testing, and isolation of key personnel.
At the Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, the zone screened passengers and citizens with nucleic acid negative test certificates within the relevant period, and carried out regular nucleic acid testing for all key groups such as airport and hotel staff members through the use of epidemic-related big data investigation and analysis functions, including itinerary codes and health codes.

The zone also strengthened coordination and cooperation with Guizhou Provincial Airport Group and Guiyang Customs to achieve rapid response, efficient work, data sharing, and joint prevention and control, as well as to build a solid barrier against the virus.
At the Yunguan Cold Chain Market, imported cold chain foods were managed by special personnel in the special zone.

Through door-to-door registration information, staff members of all townships, sub-districts, and communities in the Shuanglong economic zone got a comprehensive grasp of the origin and health of outsiders, strictly implemented control measures for home isolation personnel, and strengthened grid and refined management.
During the seven-day holiday, the economic zone screened a total of 6,149 visitors to Guizhou, and 1,712 passengers from mid-to-high-risk areas and cities with infections. Among them, a total of 48 were transferred to designated hotels in the economic zone for nucleic acid collection.
