Guizhou's largest aircraft maintenance hangar put into use

A B737-800 Boeing passenger aircraft entered the No 1 hangar of China Southern Airlines Guizhou Company at Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport for regular maintenance work on Dec 2.

This marked the official commissioning of the largest aircraft maintenance hangar in Southwest China's Guizhou province.

Guizhou Longdongbao International Airport is located in Guiyang, capital of Guizhou province.

The maintenance hangar has a total construction area of 14,750 square meters, and is equipped with power and gas supplies, networks and other auxiliary facilities and equipment necessary for maintaining aircraftance.

It can simultaneously guarantee the storage and maintenance of three class-C aircraft or one class-E aircraft.

The construction and commissioning of the hangar further meet the needs of various types of aircraft in Guizhou for maintenance and flexible parking, and greatly improves the comprehensive support capabilities of China Southern Airlines Guizhou Company.
