The market supervision bureau of Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone issued the first food (liquor) production license in the zone to Guizhou Laiyongchu Wine Company through a green channel on Jan 18.
The zone is located in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.
The company's output value in 2021 was more than 60 million yuan ($9.48 million) and is expected to exceed 100 million yuan this year.

At the beginning of the year, the company inquired about food production licenses at the bureau and was informed that Guizhou had suspended the processing of production licenses for the liquor production industry.
However, because the bureau attaches great importance to the license, bureau leaders studied the application materials and existing policies, and then reported the situation.
After obtaining the support of provincial and municipal bureaus, the Shuanglong market supervision bureau opened up a green channel and instructed the company to re-declare in accordance with laws and regulations.
Since the Shuanglong market supervision bureau performed its duties in November 2021, it has provided more convenient and high-quality services for various companies in the zone, and has delegated some license permit authorities, such as food production licenses, industrial product production licenses, and drug and medical device business licenses.
