With the recovery of the tourism market in Guizhou and in response to the growing travel demand and warm weather conditions during the summer season, the airport has formulated a summer operation guarantee plan to ensure smooth operations during this period.

The airport has worked with airlines to optimize the check-in process, aiming to keep the flight cutoff time within 38 minutes. This has assisted nearly 1,000 late passengers in boarding smoothly.

Through a system of early warnings, consultations, decision-making, disposal, and notifications, the rate of on-time flight departures has increased by 4.04 percent.

In terms of enhancing passenger services, additional channels have been opened and the clearance process has been expedited during peak hours.

Additional ground staff members have been deployed to guide and redirect passengers, prioritizing urgent and late arrivals.

Also, volunteer service stations have been set up in the terminal area to provide on-site guidance and assistance.

Meanwhile, holiday feasts and discounts on premium products have been provided at the airport, offering more summer fun and multiple benefits to passengers.
