The organizers prepared water, sports drinks, bread, bananas, and milk as supplies for the runners to keep them well hydrated and energized. To further ensure their safety, medical stations were set up at the 2.3-km mark of the race, as well as at the start and finish lines. Fire trucks were also arranged to provide emergency support if and when needed.
