This year, the Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone has been taking multiple measures to promote the development of cross-border e-commerce.

As a result, its total cross-border e-commerce transactions reached 979 million yuan ($133.79 million) from January to September.

Guizhou Yude Supply Chain Management Service Co is a cross-border e-commerce company located in the zone's cross-border e-commerce industry incubation park.

Since its establishment in April, it has been facilitating cross-border e-commerce transactions for various companies in Guizhou.

The company is also working on a project to incubate talent for cross-border e-commerce livestreaming.

By leveraging the developed logistics system in Yiwu, the company aims to train cross-border e-commerce livestreamers, establish channels for cross-border e-commerce livestreaming, and connect with overseas markets.

Similarly, Guizhou Yuandong Media Co, another cross-border e-commerce company in the park, started operating in July.

The company is dedicated to helping Guizhou's intangible cultural heritage industry access international markets.

As of September, the company's overseas promotion had reached more than 600,000 users, with a cumulative turnover of $25,000 and sales made in Europe, the United States, Singapore, Malaysia and other countries in Southeast Asia.

Since the beginning of this year, the Shuanglong zone has been developing the Shuanglong Cross-border E-commerce Town, integrating business offices, storage logistics, cross-border e-commerce, industrial incubation, e-commerce livestreaming, Guizhou product exports, comprehensive foreign trade services, and financial services.

According to the plan, the town is expected to attract 150 cross-border e-commerce enterprises within five years. Annual cross-border e-commerce transactions are expected to reach 5 billion yuan, boosting Guizhou's intangible cultural heritage products such as silverware, embroidery, wax printing, tea, Maotai-flavored liquor, and cili juice.
