Born in Niaowang village, Yunwu town, Guiding county, Guizhou province, Jin has been exposed to tea since childhood and has a deep affection for the tea mountains of his hometown.

The Guiyang University-Shuanglong Collaborative Entrepreneurship and Innovation Base has provided strong support for Jin's entrepreneurial dream.

Under the guidance of the base's mentors, in June 2021, Jin founded Guizhou Wuling Gongcha Technology Co in the Guiyang University Science and Technology Park. The company focuses on promoting the Niaowang Tea brand and serving rural vitalization, establishing an industrial chain integrating tea tree cultivation, tea production and processing, and packaging and sales.

"In the early stages, the base provided me with free office space, office supplies, and other support," Jin said.

After establishing the company, to better promote the local tea, Jin returned to Niaowang village and founded Guizhou Jingong Tea Co. He invested over 600,000 yuan ($83,029.27) to build factories, focusing on tea planting and processing, and helping local villagers increase their incomes.

Now, Jin has two companies, one focusing on production and the other on sales. Since the beginning of this year, they have sold over 5,000 kilograms of tea, with customers coming from Guangdong, Chongqing, Shanghai, Beijing, Xi'an, and other regions.
