The event offered an opportunity to engage in online and in-person recruitment and exchange. By hosting a talent recruitment event alongside a university student entrepreneurship market, the organizers sought to integrate job seeking and recruitment with nighttime economic activities.
The event featured seven distinct areas, including an enterprise recruitment zone, a talent exchange zone, and a policy consultation zone. Twenty high-quality enterprises were invited to participate, offering over 400 jobs in areas such as technical research and development, operations, administrative management, and marketing.
In addition to providing services such as resume optimization, interview techniques, and career planning guidance for job seekers, the event also offered consultation services on talent policies in the Shuanglong and employment policies for students.

Making the event even more appealing, Guiyang University's young entrepreneurial team was invited to showcase and sell their entrepreneurial products, providing a platform for aspiring young entrepreneurs to demonstrate their capabilities.
The event lasted until 9 pm, attracting over 1,000 people as well as 12,000 online viewers, while more than 300 job applications were submitted.
