In early winter, many residents of Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, visit the Guizhou National Fitness Center, located in the Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone, looking to enjoy some winter exercise.

The Guizhou National Fitness Center covers nearly 66,000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 37,000 sq m and a total investment of 689 million yuan ($97.35 million). The center includes indoor halls A, B, and C, as well as outdoor fitness venues, to build a fully functional national fitness space.
In terms of project configuration, the venue covers nearly 30 traditional sports such as basketball, football, air volleyball, and badminton, and introduces many emerging fashion projects such as pickle ball, squash, rock climbing, and archery, providing citizens with a diverse and high-quality "one-stop" fitness experience.

The center can be reached by taking Metro Line 2 to Jianlongdong Station and transferring to Bus 755, which leads directly to the center. The venue also has nearly 300 parking spaces, enough to meet demand.
Since its trial operation began in July this year, the center has held more than 20 events and has received nearly 40,000 people.

A center representative said that they will promote the integrated development of "sports+", explore activities such as mountain outdoor sports equipment exhibitions and sales, promote the deep integration of sports, tourism, culture, and other industries, and fully support the high-quality development of Guizhou's sports industry.
