As China's first fully immersive digital experience center themed around the Long March, Hongpiaodai is far more than a museum. Blending culture with cutting-edge technology, it transforms history into an immersive journey that brings the spirit of the Long March vividly to life.
Through AI-powered virtual interaction, holographic projection, VR technology, multidimensional motion systems, and 3D surround sound, visitors are transported along the route of the Long March. Historic moments such as the Battle of the Xiangjiang River, the Zunyi Meeting, and the Four Crossings of the Chishui River are recreated through dynamic digital storytelling, allowing visitors to experience these pivotal events in an entirely new way.
The centerpiece of the attraction is the 90-minute immersive production Hongpiaodai: The Great Expedition, which unfolds across six themed chapters. Presented on a spectacular 270-degree curved screen with multi-perspective visual technology, the performance vividly recreates landmark moments including the reunion of the Red Army forces and the founding of the People's Republic of China. Every scene is designed to inspire reflection on the ideals, perseverance, and sacrifices that shaped modern China, offering visitors both an unforgettable visual experience and a deeper understanding of the Long March spirit.
